Braid

Braid

The braid is not an ornament here. It is tension.

It passes through hands, through the body, through the face. It comes too close.

Between control and its loss. Between gesture and reaction.

It is not always clear whether it draws in or holds back.

This is a series about a boundary that shifts easily.
